What Is Child Sexual Assault?
Child sexual assault is a crime committed against a person under 18 years of age. It is the sexual abuse of children by adults, older children, or peers who dominate and control through sexual activity or sexual exploitation. It could include rape, molesting, inappropriate touching, exposure, pornography, sexual harassment, incest, obscene phone calls, or obscene internet solicitations.
